ShopLook shows you products and services from shops near you, as short videos. When you like something, you contact the shop directly — by chat, call or WhatsApp.

Can I order or pay through ShopLook?

No. ShopLook connects you with the shop; prices, payment and delivery are agreed with them directly. Visit the shop or confirm details with them before you pay.

Do I need an account?

No — you can browse Home and Clips without signing up. You only need an account (just your phone number) to chat with shops and to save things for later.

Can shops see my location?

No. We never share your location with shops. When you message a shop, they see your name, your profile photo and your message.

How do I list my shop?

Create your shop in the app, add your address and map pin, then post your first video listing with a title, price and category. Listings go live as soon as you publish.
